A date is officially reserved only after the required photography agreement has been signed and the required retainer or payment has been received.
All services are governed by the terms of the individual photography agreement signed between Primrose Pixels and the client. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed photography agreement, the signed photography agreement
will control.

3. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds
Photography dates are reserved specifically for each client. Retainers and deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the applicable photography agreement or required by law. Cancellation and rescheduling requests will be handled according to the terms of the applicable photography agreement and are subject to availability.
If Primrose Pixels must cancel or is unable to provide contracted services, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule or arrange a suitable replacement when possible. Any applicable refund will be determined according to the photography agreement and applicable law.

4. Copyright & Use of Images
All photographs, written content, graphics, logos, branding, and other creative materials on this website are the property of Primrose Pixels or are used with permission and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.
Primrose Pixels retains copyright ownership of photographs created during photography services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive permission to download, print, and share their delivered images for personal, non-commercial use. Images may not be sold, commercially used, substantially altered, or presented as another person's work without written permission.

5. Privacy & Information Collected
